I just ate a yellow pear tomato, still warm from the sun. It was glorious. The plant may be a giant intrusive mess that I would never voluntarily bring into my garden again, but yum.

no subject

We just spent five hours at the zoo (they're open late during the summer). It was a hot day, so going in the late afternoon and staying after dark was nice. When we got home it was still warm and the house was stuffy, so I went across the street and jumped in the pool for ten minutes. It was warm and quiet and perfect, and man, I love having access to a pool. If it didn't close at 10pm, I'd still be there.

I got some nice pictures at the zoo, I think; hopefully I'll actually get around to posting some this week.
