There is a bit of good news: I got my check from Delta Dental, a mere six months after the original decision entitling me to the refund. It's over. Done. I can go to Evil Dentist's office and stick my tongue out at him. All the phone calls and faxes and letters have paid off. I can't decide whether to deposit the check or frame it. Er, actually, not much of a contest there, but you get the idea.
