I don't have my keys with me. This isn't a big problem, because I'm going home with Ken, but I haven't forgotten my keys in months. I haven't forgotten my keys since before I got my pewter bat keychain from the Museum of Science and Industry last summer. I'm out of my usual routine, because I haven't brought a jacket to work in two days; I guess that must be how I left my keys at home. At least, I hope I left my keys at home. I can't have lost them anywhere else this morning.

Not having keys makes me feel naked. Bad naked, not good naked.

I get that bad naked feeling whenever I return home from university. I go from having to have keys with me just about all the time to not needing them at all. I'm always double-checking my pocket and panicking when I'm back at home even though I do not need to carry them.
